Residence Corte Grimani provides 15 apartments between San Marco and Rialto Bridge; Cà Nal apartments are located in the Marzarie, halfway between Rialto and San Marco on Ponte dei Bareteri; Cà Navagero overlooks Riva degli Schiavoni near the Biennale Gardens. Apartments can house up to six guests and include air conditioning, a safe, satellite TV, a telephone, a refrigerator, and a washing machine. Free WiFi is available. Bathrooms feature a bathtub or shower, a hairdryer, and a beauty kit. Superior apartments feature two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, and two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a tub). Classic apartments have a separate bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Each apartment offers a view over a Venetian corner or canal.

Location in San Marco

Located in San Marco, Residence Corte Grimani is a tall building rising six floors, a two-minute walk from Saint Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. Saint Mark's Square, Saint Mark's Basilica, the Palazzo Ducale, the Procuratie with Museo Correr, and the Biblioteca Marciana are nearby. The Rialto Bridge, lined with shops and a fruit and vegetables market, is close. La Fenice Theater is five minutes away. A half-hour stroll takes you to the Gardens, the historical site of the Biennale exhibitions. Via XXII Marzo and Mercerie, near the Residence, host international designer clothing and accessories stores; glass, gold, and lace boutiques are in Saint Mark's Square.

Transportation Options

Guests arriving by car can park in Piazzale Roma, Isola del Tronchetto, or Mestre. From Piazzale Roma and Tronchetto, take vaporetto line 2 to Rialto. From the train station, take vaporetto 1 or 2 to Rialto, or a water taxi. From Venice Airport, take the orange line water bus (Alilaguna Arancio) to Rialto, or the shuttle to Piazzale Roma, then vaporetto 1 or 2 to Rialto. From Treviso Airport, take the shuttle to Piazzale Roma, then vaporetto 1 or 2 to Rialto.
