quiet area room upgrade lovely touch

the location was ideal, situated in a quiet area near dorsoduro. the room upgrade for my partner's birthday was very appreciated. a small birthday cake and prosecco were provided, showing great attention to detail.

i noticed a wet towel in the shower upon initial entry into the room. this created a slightly negative first impression that required immediate attention from staff.

water taxi accessibility comfortable room friendly staff

the location was great, very accessible with water taxis stopping right in front (so convenient!). my room was very comfortable and quiet. the staff offered fantastic service and was friendly.

the air conditioning did not work very well during the night. the room was very hot, which did make sleeping difficult.

the hotel has a great lobby with very nice cute people at the front desk. it is well-communicated, a feature that makes the stay relaxed. the building itself is beautiful, almost like a museum.

francesco helped me by calling a water taxi. i had a lot of heavy suitcases and he was very kind (i was very grateful). the check-in was quick and cute, especially considering i arrived at 1am.

slipper bath separate w.c. fantastic service nonexistent a c long calls port transfer

the hotel upgraded my junior suite to a mocenigo suite! it included a slipper bath and a separate w. c. the room exceeded my expectations. the staff offered fantastic service and the food was delicious.

the a/c was either nonexistent or freezing in all the rooms, i couldn't control it. it took an hour and three calls to get my bags moved from my old room to the new one. the hotel overcharged me on a port transfer they arranged.
