the location it was near the train station, it helped getting around easily.
The air conditioner did not worked and it was hot. I told them but nothing happened. i expect better for a 4 star place, and the staff, they did not seem to care about it, this made it not great.

The bus stop to the city center is very close I found it took only minutes. I also appreciated the short walk to one of the main train stations. The lobby, restaurant, and staff seemed to maintain a high standard. My room was spacious enough and warm despite my February visit. I did not see air conditioning.
I noticed a bit of mold around the windows and wall in the room.

The staff welcomed me kindly and were helpful with my requests. I received good service upon arrival including assistance with directions and local information. The reception desk was consistently staffed and responsive to questions I asked.

The hotel includes its own private parking which I found very convenient. I noted available public transport options that provided quick access to destinations. The hotel restaurant looked well-kept and offered a variety of dining choices .
