the location was fine. i didn't get lost once when venturing out, a genuine achievement for me.
The room was supposedly cleaned daily. however, it seemed more like someone briefly rearranged things. The dust bunnies under the bed performed a daily theatrical show undisturbed.

The hotel's location near Rialto bridge and st mark's square proved very convenient. The staff members were friendly and helpful, always available. Our room was spacious and beautiful. It had a marina located directly behind, facilitating easy water taxi access.
One minor inconvenience was the absence of a kettle in the room or complimentary drinking water.

i totally loved my room it was so lovely! the breakfast was superb with so many amazing options. the staff was fantastic very friendly and always there to help i felt so welcome there!
one of the receptionists really wasnt helpful and not so friendly. i needed assistance with directions but the response was not good. it really wasnt the best experience with them

the breakfast buffet had a wide array of options including both sweet and savory items. there was also freshly squeezed orange juice and pancakes that were cooked to order it was so good. a private water taxi could be booked directly from the hotel.
