The location was ideal. i was near key areas, yet the area was peaceful. staff members were kind. the room was lovely. It was very comfortable and had good air conditioning.

The hotel's location near Rialto bridge and st mark's square proved very convenient. The staff members were friendly and helpful, always available. Our room was spacious and beautiful. It had a marina located directly behind, facilitating easy water taxi access.
One minor inconvenience was the absence of a kettle in the room or complimentary drinking water.

a fantastic stay!

amazing options friendly staff
i totally loved my room it was so lovely! the breakfast was superb with so many amazing options. the staff was fantastic very friendly and always there to help i felt so welcome there!
one of the receptionists really wasnt helpful and not so friendly. i needed assistance with directions but the response was not good. it really wasnt the best experience with them

the breakfast buffet had a wide array of options including both sweet and savory items. there was also freshly squeezed orange juice and pancakes that were cooked to order it was so good. a private water taxi could be booked directly from the hotel.

helpful staff convenient location
the staff were very helpful. hot water was available at the bar on request for free. i found the location convenient for visiting the books rescued from underwater bookstore. it is a ten-minute walk to plaza san marco.
