Room and bed type will be allocated at check-in based on availability, and room changes may occur during the stay.

Services and Transport
Antony, the British manager at Locanda Fiorita Hotel, lends assistance at the B&B. The property is set in a historic building without a lift. There are three vaporetto stops: Accademia, Sant'Angelo and San Samuele, for boat access all over town and to the airport. Two public transport companies, ACTV and ATVO, provide service from the airport to Piazzale Roma. The Alilaguna shuttle waterbus service takes you to Saint Mark's Square. All guests, including children must be present at check-in.
