the location was definitely a highlight. it was a 10 min walk from the san marco water taxi drop off. i stayed on the third floor and experienced no street noise. the bed and pillows provided comfort.
the staff took a photocopy of my passports. they also copied my debitcard, this. i would have appreciated this info beforehand.

The hotel's location was amazing. I found the breakfast delicious, with many choices available. Eggs were available upon request. i had lunch in the restaurant twice. It is so close to a major landmark. The restaurant also has air conditioning. The room was super clean when I arrived, and it remained super clean every day thereafter.
I would have preferred a kettle in my room to make tea or some instructions on how to use the coffee machine. The bathroom door was self-closing. This was a little annoying if I wanted it open to let the steam out from the shower.

the room was very clean. the complimentary murano tour was a nice bonus. the buffet breakfast each morning had great options. it was a real treat going by private boat.
the room did not provide any support with bags. it was a minor inconvenience. i managed but some help would have been nice
