coffee machine perfect location

the room had a coffee machine. it made me happy every morning. breakfast was very filling also. i felt very full all morning. the location was perfect. i walked everywhere easily.

the air conditioning system does not work always.

The location was really close to san marco square, this helped a lot. the staff was pleasant. And helpful, they were very attentive. the breakfast was good. We had a large variety of options.

the wifi wasn't very stable and did not work at times.

The location was near San Marco plaza restaurants and shopping were also close by

The staff made a photocopy of my debit card this made me feel unsafe I wish they had told me this beforehand I had to cancel my card The wifi was also not very stable

nice fridge complimentary water comfortable bed ideal location

My stay included a very nice fridge with complimentary water bottles. The coffee and tea maker in the room was GREAT. I found a wallet-safe too, really useful, and I enjoyed the big comfortable bed. The location was ideal. It was very close to the square.

The air conditioning was turned off , I had to open the windows, and some mosquitos got in.

the location was definitely a highlight. it was a 10 min walk from the san marco water taxi drop off. i stayed on the third floor and experienced no street noise. the bed and pillows provided comfort.

the staff took a photocopy of my passports. they also copied my debitcard, this. i would have appreciated this info beforehand.

Excellent Location and Great Breakfast

prime location super clean room

The hotel's location was amazing. I found the breakfast delicious, with many choices available. Eggs were available upon request. i had lunch in the restaurant twice. It is so close to a major landmark. The restaurant also has air conditioning. The room was super clean when I arrived, and it remained super clean every day thereafter.

I would have preferred a kettle in my room to make tea or some instructions on how to use the coffee machine. The bathroom door was self-closing. This was a little annoying if I wanted it open to let the steam out from the shower.

the room was very clean. the complimentary murano tour was a nice bonus. the buffet breakfast each morning had great options. it was a real treat going by private boat.

the room did not provide any support with bags. it was a minor inconvenience. i managed but some help would have been nice
