The pool area was clean. It featured ample sunbeds. The breakfast area offered a glass enclosure. This provided a panoramic view with Mount Etna visible. The reception staff was very professional. They gave good advice. Our suite Venere was spacious. It had two bathrooms and two terraces.
The room door did not close very well. I found it still open after coming back sometimes.

The location was acceptable (I did like Castelmola).
The hotel felt more like a 3-star hotel. It didn't provide shampoo or free water. The breakfast was below average. I had to pay extra for an espresso.

parking the car was easy with space right outside the hotel to check in. i also appreciated how spacious the room and bathroom were. the shuttle service to and from town was very convenient. francesco the driver was full of information.
