the hotel's art nouveau style added a touch of elegance , and the location was convenient. the reception staff offered really good service. i appreciated the early check-in and the option for a slightly later check-out , which really helped me.
my single room was a bit small , and the window overlooked an air shaft.

i found the reception staff friendly. they provided lots of info about sights and went the extra mile. the room was quiet and had a comfy bed, very restful.
the breakfast was a bit disappointing, there was nothing really special, if i needed to say something.

the staff was really good they provided prompt room service and valuable advice about local travel i had a lovely room it was clean the air conditioning worked well considering sicily can get very hot in the summer a 24 hour reception is a big plus for solo travelers like me i would stay there again
the hotel is not in the nicest neighborhood i had a rental car and faced some road closures making it difficult to reach the entrance there were rough looking sites nearby honestly the last few blocks back to the hotel at night felt unsafe
