The location was superb. It was a short walk to the city center. the premises were very clean. my room had all needed amenities. the pool was also well-kept. The staff was always in control.

The hotel entrance has a steep ramp. This could be difficult with mobility issues.

The staff called a taxi for me when i was leaving, i did appreciate this. the staff was helpful with requests. fabiola at the front desk was informative. She was also very friendly.

the hotel entrance was on a steep slope, making access a bit challenging.

i found several issues. the pool was smaller then expect and it felt crowded. breakfast really lacked quality. the staff seemed uninterested in helping with any requests, and a generally poor attitude i witness, which really soured the experience for me.

the location was near the main town and other attractions it was also right next to the bus terminal

the entrance was very steep whenever i left i had to hike out of the hotel i was a sweaty mess decor was very dated the carpets were damp the pool area needed a refresh the beds were old

I was thrilled with the location! It made exploring easy. The breakfast included many options. I found fresh fruit, cheeses, and pastries. I also appreciated the on-site restaurant, it had amazing views. It added a special touch to every meal. The room featured daily cleaning.

The entrance has a very steep incline, something to keep in mind for accessibility.
