amazing location, superb staff!

helpful staff excellent location terrace view

I enjoyed my stay. the reception staff was very helpful with valet for the car. i found the location excellent because it was just a few steps from the town's main area. of course, the terrace view is a bonus. Watching the sunset with mount etna as a backdrop was lovely.

the bathroom was quite small. it had a slightly strange smell, like the sewer, that i did not enjoy.

professional staff easy parking welcome platter

I found the reception staff very professional on arrival. valet parking was easy to arrange, i noticed a welcome fruit platter. the rooftop bar offered superb views. I appreciated the drinks and snacks.

the shower was a bit small, i barely fit.

The hotel had a back entrance leading right into the main square. This was convenient. my room included a small balcony that showed mount etna. the rooftop terrace offered pretty good food and nice staff. The views were the best part.

i experienced a reservation mix-up so i did not get the superior room i requested!

helpful staff perfect location

i enjoyed the super friendly and helpful front desk staff! the location was perfect. it was really close to everything. valet parking was a great bonus. it was super convenient for exploring the city!

the lack of coffee set-up in the room was a bummer especially since breakfast wasn't free. i really missed that morning coffee!
