The hotel provides a valuable shuttle service into town, I never worried about transport. My room included a large terrace, it allowed fine views. Staff members remembered me and my preferences, it personalized my visit.
Parking became difficult, I often had to wait for assistance. It inconvenienced my daily schedule.

A Romantic Retreat with Amazing Views

I found the staff very attentive and friendly. The shuttle service allowed us to explore the area easily. I saw Etna erupt with beautiful colors from our balcony. This hotel faces the volcano directly. I loved the amazing sights from this position.
I had a room that was a little tight and had limited table space for luggage. There was an armoire available if one wanted to unpack fully though.

The hotel has a shuttle to the historical city center. It facilitated a full experience. Two modern elevators eliminate problems of ascents and descents throughout the several floors. The lounge in the lobby offered a pleasant space for relaxation.

Breakfast features a wide array of high-quality options. I found fresh fruit and Italian pastries available. One can also ask for an omelet. The barman remembered my drink after only one visit.

The reception is helpful with bookings. They offered lots of information before arrival. Staff were really good. Nothing was too much trouble. I felt very welcomed by everyone and their pleasure in seeing us was clear.

The location was high above the town. the view was sensational, i loved it. the hotel pool was lovely too. a shuttle bus ran to and from the town center every hour. It was so handy.
the staff seemed a bit stretched. some were lovely and helpful. others seemed a little down. there wasn't much information at check-in! about the hotel and its facilities. car parking was difficult.
