excellent location and views

convenient location comfortable room rooftop breakfast friendly staff

I found the location convenient, near the main pedestrian street and the greek theatre. the room was very comfortable, and i had a direct view of mount etna and the sea. breakfast on the rooftop offered fantastic views. the staff were friendly and helpful. They provided a shuttle to a quiet beach.

The elevator was quite small, and wait times were excessive, especially during peak hours. It was a minor inconvenience during an otherwise lovely stay.

efficient parking reliable service special location inconvenient stairs uncomfortable weather flickering lights

i found its location special. excellent restaurants and shops are near, so i could stroll easily. the valet parking was really efficient and felt reliable.

the air conditioning, sadly, only worked as a heater. this made the warmer weather less comfortable and a bit bothersome. some lights flickered always and stairs were slippery.

The location was good. It was easy to reach many restaurants.

I felt that the room's air conditioning did not work properly. It only blew hot air. the staff member at the front desk during the night was unhelpful. He wasn't willing to resolve issues. this left a bad impression on my stay, very disappointing

My room included a balcony with a good bay view. The breakfast spread was good and the quality matched. This hotel is conveniently located and a five-minute walk to the ancient Greek amphitheater.

The only way to get to the lobby is navigating a very steep hill on foot. Cars cannot drop off at the front door. There is only one very small elevator. I waited for the elevator for up to thirty minutes. The public spaces look dated with chipped paint and faded seating.

Excellent Stay with Fine Views

helpful staff amazing view fresh espresso

The staff was very kind and helpful . My suite balcony included amazing views of the sea and Mount Etna. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options available. I especially enjoyed the fresh espresso drinks made to order.

The bathroom was quite small and required more frequent maintenance.

the location was convenient to walk to the town. breakfast was included and good. the front desk staff was helpful. the view from the hotel was nice.

the room overlooked public tennis courts instead of a garden. the air conditioning system acted like a heater. it wasn't suitable for warm weather. the room felt small. certain design choices were inconvenient.
