wow, what a hotel!

amazing selection helpful staff

my room was a beautiful double room with balcony and sea view, and the view was amazing! the staff was really friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile. the breakfast buffet had an amazing selection and the quality of the food was AMAZING!!!

The noise from the hallway was quite noticeable. I could hear people talking and the elevator, especially at night.

A Mixed Bag of Experiences

faulty air conditioner high tv

The room I was given was not up to par. I had issues with a faulty air conditioner and contacted the reception, they answered that there was a fault on the first floor line, and I had to adapt to using the air conditioner when it worked a little. the TV was positioned too high. I also found the lack of fresh towels one morning quite annoying.

good breakfast fantastic food poor showers thin walls

The breakfast was really good. the restaurant in the evening was fantastic. The food rivals any michelin star hotel. the chefs even came out at the end of the evening to introduce themselves.

The showers don't drain at all. i had to get wet, go outside the shower, and stand there while i waited for it to drain before finishing my shower. It happened twice. the hallways had a strange smell, and the walls were paper thin.

excellent hotel with great service

I appreciated the spaciousness of the room. It was clean. our balcony gave us a beautiful sea view. That was a nice surprise. i especially enjoyed the quality and variety available at the breakfast buffet. the staff allowed us to store our luggage after checkout allowing further exploration of the area.

The pool got quite crowded, especially on weekends. it was like the loungers were very close together. It was a minor inconvenience, though.

The Beautiful Double Room Balcony Sea View had a great view. I enjoyed having morning coffee on the balcony. Breakfast included many delicious options. I liked the fresh pastries. The valet service handled car parking efficiently.

The gym had limited equipment. It was smaller than expected.

i enjoyed my three nights. the staff greeted me with smiles each morning at breakfast. i found the standard double room clean upon my arrival. i liked the convenience of having valet parking available daily.

the gym equipment was somewhat dated. it seemed a refresh might be necessary. some of the machines needed maintenance.
