Excellent Hotel Experience

The staff proved helpful and friendly, readily assisting with various travel-related needs. I found their assistance invaluable. Its strategic location near the Arc de Triomphe offered easy access to key attractions. The cleanliness of both rooms and public spaces impressed me. I appreciated the on-site restaurant. It provided a convenient dining option with excellent food and well-crafted cocktails.
Upon arrival, I noticed that the room had old furniture and an unclear carpet. This detracted slightly from the overall experience. The carpet was very unclean. Updating the furniture will improve the room.

The location is great near major attractions. Rooms were clean. I appreciated that the staff was cute (especially the receptionists).

the room included nuxe products which were great i also appreciated the very helpful staff mr walid specifically showed great professionalism the hotel's location near the arc de triomphe proved very convenient
during checkout another guest's bar expenses were mistakenly charged to my room it took some effort to resolve this issue
