amazing experience!

spacious rooms great service

I totally loved that the rooms were spacious and well-kept! the hotel staff showed great customer service, which i appreciated! i also found the advice they provided to be helpful. the hotel location made it easy to walk into town. It was a convenient plus.

I found the wifi connection really disappointing. It impacted my ability to work remotely from the hotel.

The hotel offers transport to a nearby beach for 5 euros. This includes transport to and from a beach which is a huge convenience! the pool area provides marvelous views over mount etna, with the clear waters a plus.

My room included a balcony with a superb outlook. It added an extra dimension to my stay! rooms facing the sea provide guests with the most amazing views when seeing the parked boats and bright lights.

The hotel's location is near the edge of the village. It provides a calm area with a short walk to the center! the bus terminal is only 500m away, offering quick access to the airport and it is very handy.

the location was acceptable it allowed easy access to the town center

the carpets throughout the hotel was stained and old they really detracted from the overall experience the musty smell was not pleasant either i expected better maintenance

traditional style excellent sea view fabulous pool

i loved the traditional style of the hotel. excellent sea views were visible from everywhere. the fabulous pool and amazing scenery created a relaxing atmosphere.

The breakfast was very basic and underwhelming. I wished for more variety.

the hotel location was amazing, a short walk to the city center. this proximity allowed easy access to many attractions. it was very comfortable to order food at any given moment because many other hotels do not offer that service.

Our room was equipped with a safe, though it did not work initially. there were a lack of plug sockets available in convenient locations, though this wasn't a big issue. a mirror was only available in the bathroom. More would be appreciated.

the staff found an emergency dentist within 30 minutes. it was needed by a member of our group! they were great and very helpful during this stressful situation. the receptionist was very nice and checked us in earlier in the morning.

The breakfast had a lovely view of the ocean and Mount Etna.

The carpets in the hotel were stained and shabby (it was quite disappointing). The hotel smelled musty. Lifts were also small and slow.

the breakfast offered many options. the staff was generally warm. the view from the breakfast area impressed me (it stretched far).

I found the carpets in the lobbies old and stained. the walls had multiple spots and looked damaged. the furniture in the rooms seemed outdated. Even bathroom fixtures looked rusty.
