the location was acceptable it allowed easy access to the town center

the carpets throughout the hotel looked stained and old they really detracted from the overall experience the musty smell was not pleasant either i expected better maintenance

i loved the traditional style of the hotel. excellent sea views were visible from everywhere. the fabulous pool and amazing scenery created a relaxing atmosphere.

The breakfast was very basic and underwhelming. I wished for more variety.

the hotel location was amazing, a short walk to the city center. this proximity allowed easy access to many attractions. it was very comfortable to order food at any given moment because many other hotels do not offer that service.

Our room was equipped with a safe, though it did not work initially. there were a lack of plug sockets available in convenient locations, though this wasn't a big issue. a mirror was only available in the bathroom. More would be appreciated.

the staff found an emergency dentist within 30 minutes. it was needed by a member of our group! they were great and very helpful during this stressful situation. the receptionist was very nice and checked us in earlier in the morning.

Breakfast every morning was in a lovely room. The view of the ocean and mt etna made it special. the restaurant has a beautiful view and the staff were very nice! we really enjoyed the halfboard option.

The carpets in the hotel were stained and shabby (it was quite disappointing). The hotel smelled musty.

the breakfast offered many options. the staff was generally warm. the view from the breakfast area impressed me (it stretched far).

I found the carpets in the lobbies old and stained. the walls had multiple spots and looked damaged. the furniture in the rooms seemed outdated. Even bathroom fixtures looked rusty.
