The staff was very cute at reception! The guest room provided an excellent experience. The hotel has parking facilities. This was very convenient. The hotel's location offers a central location, just a short ten-minute walk from Ortigia.

I noticed the lifts were quite cramped. I believe there is a need for improvement of these areas. It can be helpful to have more spacious elevators. The hotel should consider updating these facilities.

the hotel has convenient onsite parking. the rooms are spacious and display a classic elegance. i appreciated the nice toiletries available in the bathroom. the grounds are well kept and inviting who enjoy outdoor relaxation.

on arrival, i was assigned a small room. it lacked sufficient light and the shower space was limited. i requested and received a complimentary upgrade to a superior room. (still, no complimentary water was provided).

the breakfast was acceptable i found a couple of things i could eat.

my room was not clean upon arrival i saw hairs in the bathroom it was quite disappointing. the air conditioning barely worked it was quite warm in the room. the noise from nearby rooms was easily heard i could not relax much.

I found the pool area very clean and spacious. the breakfast had many options (especially the fresh pastries). the staff were also very attentive. Sebastiano helped us not miss anything, which i appreciated. the location was also convenient for driving.

the room i had on arrival was small and not well lit. the shower was also quite small (i had to ask for an upgrade).

the pool was large and clean. the rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. staff delivered excellent service, especially around the pool area, with food and drink services. they accommodated gluten-free requests, preparing special pizzettes and salads.

the hotel car park lacked charging facilities for electric vehicles.

a great Stay

convenient bus stop large pool delicious pastries

I found a bus stop conveniently located right outside the hotel, it made traveling very easy. The pool was nice and it was large with many sunloungers. Breakfast had delicious cakes and pastries. meats and cereals.

the room we had was very dark! very noisy at 7.00 am in the morning considering we paid 140€ a night.
