easy shuttle varied breakfast convenient parking

i appreciated the shuttle to the city center. it made getting around easy. the hotel breakfast included many options. i used the hotel parking and found a space. i took advantage of the beach access.

the road near the pool was noisy.

broken air conditioning disinterested staff

The air conditioning in my Premium Double Room Balcony Sea View Top Floor barely worked. It struggled to cool the room, even at night. I found some of the staff seemed disinterested, especially at breakfast where getting coffee seemed like a chore. The hotel also had a train line running close BY, I noticed some unexpected noise at times, it was a bit disruptive. I wasn't expecting that, it certainly impacted the overall experience, AND lowered my rating. I definitely think improvements are needed here, for this price.

EXCELLENT Stay Near the Sea

great beach free shuttle bus many choices helpful staff

This hotel features a GREAT beach access with sunbeds available . I used the free shuttle bus service, it runs to the town center. The BREAKFAST had many choices, including gluten-free options. The hotel staff members were attentive, helpful, and very interested in.

The hotel IS somewhat dated. It could benefit from some updating in certain areas.

The swimming pool area is Well kept and offers a relaxing space . I noticed the wellness club includes a gym. Access to the hotel's private beach area is definitely a plus for enjoying the seaside, offering convenience.

Decent Stay with Some Issues

ineffective air conditioning clogged sink

The room's air conditioning was not effective , and I found it difficult to adjust the temperature to a comfortable level. The interior felt quite dated , and the sink was clogged. I was also disappointed that the sliding closet door was not functioning properly , which was an inconvenience.
