The gardens are lovely with very nice views of Mount Etna. I found the staff attentive and very helpful (they offered great local tips!). The breakfast included many Sicilian specialities. The hotel's location at the end of Corso Umberto made it easy to access restaurants and shops.
The shower head in my room was loose, and it swiveled down sometimes, made showering a little difficult.

Breakfast included a delicious buffet with many choices. The bar at the pool offered cocktails and lighter fare, such as salads and piadinas were nice.
