an lovely sicilian escape!
helpful staff convenient parking spacious pool
I stayed here and enjoyed the amazing views of mount etna. the staff were friendly and helpful. They made sure i had everything i needed. the valet parking was very convenient, especially with the hotel's great location. i also loved the spacious pool area with trees. it offered a fantastic view of the sea!
The wifi signal was weak in the room. I found it unreliable for streaming videos.

The hotel features a huge pool overlooking the sea. There is a bar and cafe near the pool for drinks and snacks, while you are floating. valet parking offers convenience to guests, and there are beautiful gardens to explore.

the hotel is in a great spot at the beginning of the city center, very close to the main street. this location offers easy access to the train station and other excursions. it is easy to walk around town from this point.

the breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of variety!!! oranges were freshly pressed. dinner is served on the terrace and restaurant with views of mount etna and the coast. i enjoyed the buffet service and the staff.

lovely gardens helpful staff sicilian specialities convenient location
The gardens are lovely with very nice views of Mount Etna. I found the staff attentive and very helpful (they offered great local tips!). The breakfast included many Sicilian specialities. The hotel's location at the end of Corso Umberto made it easy to access restaurants and shops.
The shower head in my room was loose, and it swiveled down sometimes, made showering a little difficult.

Breakfast included a delicious buffet with many choices. The bar at the pool offered cocktails and lighter fare, such as salads and piadinas were great.
