EXCELLENT boutique experience

helpful maps hotel location train station complimentary cappuccino

The staff offered helpful maps about points of interest. They told us a lot about local landmarks. The hotel location provided easy access to the train station! I enjoyed the complimentary cappuccino upon arrival. The hotel manager assisted us a lot during check in.

Housekeepers knocked our doors while the 'do NOT disturb' sign was on.

This hotel sits on a quiet street, YAY. It provides convenient access to restaurants. There IS also a supermarket nearby, great for picking up essentials and snacks during your stay.

Our room was spacious and very clean. We had a really comfortable bed. The nautical theme in room 203 added a UNIQUE touch, reminding me of a cabin cruiser.

Breakfast offered many choices. The breakfast buffet included delicious cheesecake AND pancakes. I enjoyed having a cocktail in the courtyard. It was a great experience.

disturbing behavior privacy violation

the housekeeping staff disregarded the "do not disturb" sign. they knocked repeatedly on the second day despite the light being on. on the third day, they entered the room directly, even though the light was still illuminated and i was absent. this lack of respect for privacy was unsettling.

excellent stay near the train station

convenient location roof terrace very nice views

the location was excellent. it was a short walk from the train station, about 5 minutes. the hotel felt secluded because of high walls. i received an upgrade to a room with a roof terrace, the views were very nice.

housekeepers did not seem to notice the "do not disturb" sign.

The staff helped with arrangements for transfers to and from the hotel. they accompanied me to the water taxi and assisted with luggage. marco even walked us to the water taxi. A very nice gesture.

breakfast offered several milk options plus cereals, meats, and eggs. i saw bacon, sausage, juices, and four different types of croissants. the hotel even opened the breakfast room early one morning because i had a mid-morning flight.
