A noble room and Convenient location

We reserved a canal facing room but it was unavailable. I was offered an upgraded luxury room facing a back garden. The room was styled for a nobleperson with damask wallpaper and gold trim. The breakfast included was delicious and sufficient and the location was right by the boat bus stop.

The hallway to my room FELT soulless and lacked warmth.

Fantastic Stay Near Everything!

They gave us a beautiful upgraded room even though our canal-facing room wasn't available. The luxury was amazing! The wallpaper was damask, and the restroom had gold trim, including a bidet. A blown glass chandelier really added a touch of elegance to the whole place. The included breakfast had many options and set me up for the day.

I did have to leave my key at the front desk whenever I left!

checking in were super easy. the room, a superior double room, gets cleaned everyday. staffs were helpful and polite and spoke proper english to me.

i got a room at the third floor. there were six flights of narrow stairs to climb and it was hard with my suitcase. there was no air conditioning because they told me it only comes on may. the air conditioning never did work.
