mixed feelings about the stay

small room external bathroom no refrigerator

the staff helped at the front desk and that was fine.

the room was small i don't like that. the bathroom was not inside the room, it was a bit away down the hall. i was also not happy because there was no refrigerator.

good location friendly staff nice view

location are good to railway station. staff was friendly and helped with directions. the room i had has nice view outside. its not a large room, its compact.

room walls are thin. i heard a lot noise from hall. people walk and talk loud. it was hard get good sleep at times.

the staff was helpful and very friendly. i especially appreciated their quick responses to my questions. i liked the location because it was close to the vaporetto station, so going to the airport was easy. i could also store my luggage for free after checkout.

the sink in the bathroom was very small.

perfect location train station early room tiny room hard bed missing fridge

The hotel location is perfect, like really near the train station. Many restaurants are located in the area I discovered. Staff members where warm and cute, it felt very nice. Our room was ready early, I found it very great.

The room felt really tiny. The bed was so hard. I heard all noises, uncomfortable. I missed a fridge.

convenient location kind staff nice terrace small room non-functional plug no elevator

The location was REALLY convenient near the train station. the staff were kind and helped me store my luggage after i checked out. i got a room on a top floor. It had a nice terrace.

my room was very small so opening my suitcases was difficult. the waste plug in the wash basin didn't work well. there was no elevator and i had to carry my luggage to the upper floors.
