The hotel is close to the train station. This made it easy to get around. The staff was friendly and kindly let me leave my luggage after checkout. I found it easy to find restaurants and shops.
The boats made noise outside the window starting around 8 in the morning. I also noticed a strange smell in the bathroom.

the location was convenient near the train station and the water taxi stop! i appreciated the easy access to shops and restaurants!
The noise insulation wasn't great. I could hear neighbors often. i also noticed that the sound of boat horns outside the window started early each morning.

the hotel offers a small lift to reach the rooms, helpful! i did notice stairs are quite steep! this hotel is excellently located close to many main attractions. though, it is a basic structure, it is grand!

The hotel location suited me well because it was near the water bus stop. I moved easily from the airport. The area included many bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance. I found the train station about 10 minutes away.
The air conditioning did not work at all and made the room hot. I complained to staff, but they suggested I open the window. A tiny skylight served as a window and did nothing. The hotel ruined my stay.
