The location allowed convenient access to the water bus and rialto bridge. the staff provided a packed breakfast on my early departure. It included water, juice and fresh pastries. i also appreciated the attention to cleanliness, as the room was super clean, a feature i value highly.

the room i occupied had older decor, which, while fitting, might not suit all preferences.

the location was acceptable. (it was close to many attractions).

the room lacked a proper shower, only a handheld shower rose with poor water pressure in a bath was available. communication at check-in was minimal. nobody was at breakfast, i missed fresh coffee.
