I appreciated the hotel's central location. It was a short walk from the train station and Lista di Spagna. The staff was helpful . They exceeded my expectations for a one-star hotel (it was nice and neat).
The room was too warm upon my return around 10pm. There was no air conditioning, despite the listing stating it was included. I was only offered a small fan and told to open the windows.

The hotel has a superb location, near to the railway station and the vaporetto stop. It makes arrival and departure very simple. It is also close to commercial establishments and restaurants.

The room was well-furbished and clean (the cleanliness was amazing). A big breakfast menu was available. I found the bed to be comfortable and i slept very well .

The breakfast was very good and included many options. I found it a nice way to start the day. The staff made sure there was enough coffee and were quick to replenish it.

The staff was very kind! the breakfast was great with a lot of options. the air-conditioning worked very well. That was good because it was summer. the room was also larger than i expected and it had nice high ceilings!!!

the location was near the train station making it easy to access transportation.
the room was hot and the air conditioning was turned off for the season. i was offered only a small fan and advised to open the windows but without screens mosquitoes entered the room. this made for a very uncomfortable night.

the hotel is very close to the station. i exited the train station, took a left for 60 meters, then another left for 40 meters and found the hotel on my right. check-in was quick and efficient with clear directions to local restaurants.
the room was very warm and there was no air conditioning available.
