the staff was kind and attentive. the location proved ideal for exploring nearby attractions. the food available was amazing with great variety.
The swimming pool area had limited sunbeds available. There were only five. the breakfast service was super slow. It took over 1.15 hours. the vegan options were limited even after advising them in advance.

The room had a separate living area. It felt spacious. i noticed complimentary chocolates and a welcome drink in the room, a nice touch. the molton brown shampoo provided was really good. breakfast was served at the table. The selection was good.
i requested a room with a balcony but did not get one

The location was superb. I found it easy to reach many sites. The rooms have a beautiful design. The inner courtyard view was good. Breakfast was lovely, and the staff were generally quite friendly!
The room I was assigned felt small. There was very little space to walk around, especially at night. I did not like the decor over the bed, as it looked full of dust.

staff were very helpful and professional as they helped with bags. We were greeted by a doorman on arrival. the doorman valeted the car. the junior suite was beautiful. Breakfast service were really great.
i felt a slight lack of detailed hotel layout on arrival.
