the location was very close to all the attractions.

the room was not ready until 3:30pm. i was tired and wanted to shower because i had a hard time finding the place. i was weary from my travels, not to mention i was only there for the day.

the reception staff were very helpful and kind. they provided extras, i found this. the breakfast was also very good. the staff at breakfast were very friendly too.

it was difficult to find the hotel. it's tucked away in a courtyard the taxi could not reach in the early evening. i carried my suitcase to find the front door. the room was small and basic.

the hotel has a perfect location between the alcázar and cathedral. i found the staff kind and helpful. the rooms were quiet even though they overlooked a busy square.

rooms were very tiny. i paid for an upgrade for a balcony, but it was a juliet style. there was no view, just a big tree.

the breakfast terrace features a fantastic sitting area i enjoyed a continental breakfast each morning the rooftop bar gave good views of the city i liked relaxing there at the end of the day

the mini fridge had a bottle of water for which i was charged a fee upon departure

Excellent stay near Alcazar

helpful staff convenient kettle fine terrace complimentary slippers

The staff was accommodating at all times. My room had a kettle. The hotel's terrace overlooks a landmark. The bathroom included slippers.

I found that the walls were thin, and street noise was noticeable. It slightly affected my sleep.

weak water pressure insufficient storage

The room lacked sufficient storage space. I had trouble finding space for my belongings. The shower head needed replacement. Water pressure was weak. i did not sleep well due to thin walls and noise.
