The room was amazing. its location was great. Very close to the cathedral and real alcazar. i found it very close to the triana neighborhood, plaza del españa and many other attractions.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. The walls needed wiping down. i saw the bathrooms near the pool were disgraceful and not cared for at all. the reception had no air conditioning, so that area was uncomfortable and hot. there were no umbrellas at the pool, and you could not even get a drink.

the soundproofing was trash i heard street noise all night i could not sleep at all. i asked the hotel for ear plugs they gave me nothing so i had to buy them myself it barely made a difference.

Wonderful Stay in a Central Location

The staff was friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations. Our room was very clean and quiet. The bed was quite comfortable (I appreciated the extra pillows provided). I also enjoyed the breakfast. It had a good variety of options and fresh ingredients.

I found the pool to be a bit small and crowded during peak hours. Securing a lounger was difficult on a couple of afternoons. More umbrellas for shade would definitely improve the pool area.

The room was clean and spacious, with a modern design. It included a work desk, a seating area, and a large wardrobe. Two bedside tables with reading lamps were convenient.
