Fantastic Hotel Experience!

I found the staff friendly. They provided a helpful map and explained bus lines. The building itself is fantastic, with a great location for exploring. I loved the courtyards, as they created a special atmosphere. The rain sounded lovely in the open space!!!

The hotel is a little far from the Alcázar and some other attractions. A walk of around 25 minutes is needed to reach them.

The hotel has charming courtyards with many plants. The building's architecture is unique, offering an Andalusian patio atmosphere. Most rooms have balconies overlooking the courtyard, which really enhanced my experience.

the building was unique and styled in andalusian fashion. breakfasts were good. the staff was nice and competent.

the echoing in the hotel was really disturbing. i didn't sleep well because i could hear everything in my room . good ear plugs are a necessity.

the noise levels were a real problem. i could hear everything happening around the hotel. sleeping through the nights proved impossible . the echoing really disturbed me.

The room had a real damp odor i really hated. the walls where thin as paper. every sound from the other rooms kept me awake. I needed proper sleep.

Authentic Stay in Lively Area

I spent four nights here and found several aspects particularly appealing. The hotel's location is excellent. It is within easy walking distance of key attractions. The character of the hotel, evident in both the rooms and communal areas, stood out to me. Our room was a decent size, and the bathroom featured both a bidet and a shower with strong water pressure (which I always appreciate!).

The rooftop bar was closed on some days, a bit disappointing. I wish the opening hours were more consistent.

The hotel offered a key-operated safe in the room, but the key required a visit to reception (a minor inconvenience). The breakfast area, located on the second floor, had a slightly unusual setup, needing access behind the counter for some items.
