The breakfast was decent but service was not great. Male staff members seemed unenthusiastic. The staff needs better training (I was really frustrated). our "Prestige Double or Twin Room" was quite dark, it lacked natural light. I think this lowered my opinion of the hotel.

I encountered a couple of issues that detracted from the overall experience. the lighting in the palatio room was quite dim. It felt perpetually dark with minimal natural light. additionally, i found the design of the double sinks in the bathroom impractical, as the taps obstructed easy use of the sink..

i adored the beautiful building. the warm and helpful staff assisted me wonderfully. the comfortable bed in my beautiful double or twin room was a plus. i appreciated the short walk to the cathedral and royal palace.

my room was quite dark. the small window felt depressing sometimes. each morning, the bathroom had a sewage smell, it worsened . i mentioned it to the reception, but nothing changed.

Our room was very dark. It had a tiny slit for a window. the bathroom smelt of sewage every morning which got worse. people smoked in the patio area , made the building smell of smoke.
