Fantastic Hotel Experience!
comfortable bed coffee making excellent water
The room was spacious, and the bed felt very comfortable! I found tea and coffee making facilities, which I needed! I appreciated that the shower offered excellent water pressure and consistently hot water from either a rain head shower or a conventional spray one. The controls were easy to manage!
The bar staff could be improved. I found a member to be unfriendly and unwilling to make a basic drink. Another bartender made the same drink the following night without any issues or concerns. The inconsistency was a bit disappointing.

Customer service was really good. Staff members are helpful. One staff member gave a taste of the suggested wine, ensuring it matched my liking. They provided information on how to retrieve and send it back to me.

the location was good. it was about 15 minutes by foot to the central station. the staff had a nice attitude. breakfast had good options.
rooms have open bathrooms. the sinks were in the hallways. the toilet was in a very tight closet.

decent hotel stay
nice pool fresh towels wide variety limited space bathroom layout hallway noise
the hotel had a really nice pool area. i liked the availability of fresh towels. there were also plenty of sun loungers for everyone to use. the breakfast was good it had a wide variety of options.
the room felt quite small for the price i paid. there was limited space to store luggage. the bathroom layout was a bit strange with separate cubicles for the toilet and shower. some noise from the hallway disturbed me during the night.

the room was a good size and well equipped.
i was annoyed i had to use a public parking 500m away since the hotel had no spots available. the cost was an extra 20€ per day.

clean pool family room great shower many choices
The breakfast features many choices. I appreciated the pool, very clean. The family room was spacious. I found the bathroom had a great shower.
The car park at the back is indeed a tight squeeze. Maneuvering larger vehicles presents difficulty.

efficient staff good reception beautiful accommodations small room burlap towel poor value
i found the staff efficient. they provided good reception. i appreciated the training given to the staff. the building had beautiful accommodations.
the room felt small. contrary to the pictures, it wasn't very comfortable. the towels seemed like burlap, they were very thin. i found the value poor overall.
