acceptable experience
central location helpful staff traditional style unresembling room lack privacy disruptive noise
the location was central. i could easily walk to many attractions. the staff at reception were helpful. the building itself had a traditional style i liked.
my room did not resemble the photos online. the room felt less private because of the internal windows. i found the noise from the courtyard disruptive at times.

great location friendly staff fresh juice
the location is close to major sites so getting around was easy i found the staff flexible and friendly they helped me get a better room than my first one the new room was superb the breakfast included fresh orange juice and sliced meats
i noticed some noise from the hallway at times

leaking air conditioning missing mini fridge
The air conditioning leaked . I needed to use a bucket to collect the water. Staff did not fix this problem. I missed having a mini fridge in the room, especially for chilling drinks.

the hotel had a fantastic location (right in the heart of everything!). the staff was helpful. the building's architecture was beautiful and added so much charm.
the elevator was a bit old and made some noise.

Excellent Location and Helpful Staff

The staff was helpful and professional. A nice, relaxing fountain is in the middle of the reception area. The location is in the heart of the wonderful city, and I was within walking distance of everything. The building itself is gorgeous.
The breakfast was very simple. The bathroom was quite small and a bit awkward. The elevator was noisy and slow. I avoided taking it up to my floor.

the location was good it was close to many shops and sites
