fantastic hotel stay!
clean roomfriendly staffmetro shuttle
i loved the spacious, clean rooms and the friendly, helpful staff. directions were easy to follow with their assistance. the buffet had so many delicious food selections! the hotel provided a free shuttle to the metro, a very convenient service for getting around.
the vending machine was out of order. so i couldn't get extra water easily.

The shuttle service to the metro was punctual and frequent. The gym had updated equipment. I saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Breakfast offered many choices. The selection was great.
The room decor looked slightly dated.

The free shuttle to the closest metro station was acceptable. It offered a practical transportation option.
I found the absence of a kettle in the room quite inconvenient. i requested hot water. I was directed to the restaurant, but the bar staff seemed reluctant. the reception later stated all kettles were already distributed, unacceptable service for a hotel that is meant to provide ' basic needs. this reflects poorly on their commitment to customer care.

early building workwarm room
The location felt a bit isolated. It was quite far from the main attractions and required some effort to get into town. the building work started early, around 8 am, disruptive. also, the air conditioning seemed to be set on heating so the room felt very warm, even with the window open. It was not comfortable at all, though the temperature outside was high.
