the location is perfect it is right in the middle of everything and minutes from many landmarks you can easily walk to the cathedral within a few minutes the hotel team looked after us well by parking and then retrieving our car it was a nice considerate touch the rooftop bar gave amazing views at night

i found the hotel somewhat noisy at night particularly from 5am onwards it did make sleep challenging on a couple of nights

the location is superb. it is right in the middle and just a few minutes from everything. i could easily walk to the cathedral and the river. the hotel itself is quite regal and features a warm welcome from the front-of-house team.

my room, a beautiful, was very noisy from the rooftop terrace on the sixth floor. the toilets for the terrace are directly above the room. i could hear people walking down the marble staircase and using the toilets, and the sound when they flushed was quite loud.

The location was very central. It made seeing all the major sights easy. The rooftop bar offered nice views. I enjoyed having daily service in the room. Fresh water was provided each day.

My room faced the plaza, and it was very noisy at night. This. The ventilation system did not have a cooling capability. The room felt warm during the day. I found this a bit uncomfortable.
