Really good Boutique Hotel Experience!
helpful staff convenient location
The staff was helpful. They assisted with every request! The location was superb, providing easy access to key attractions. I found it very convenient. This hotel also featured a lovely living wall. It really enhanced the atmosphere.
My room faced the street, and I experienced some noise from passing cars. It might ensure a quieter stay.

nice staff relaxing courtyard
The breakfast included good selection with various items. staff was cute and helpful with recommendations. the hotel had relaxing courtyards throughout. It gave the atmosphere of europe.
the ventilation system in the toilet was noisy at night. this system prevented sleep. the cracked basin in the bathroom did not look good.

the hotel features a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroomwith both a bath and a separate shower. the staff were friendly and eager to help! the location is central, with access to many attractions.
the ground floor room i had was situated near the reception area and the breakfast room, leading to some noise disturbances. i suggest requesting a room on a higher level to avoid this.

some issues needing attention
noisy ventilation constant street noise
the breakfast WAS quite good and offered a decent variety.
the ventilation system in my room produced A LOT of noise throughout the night, it stopped me from sleeping. the room also felt very hot upon arrival. despite turning off the heating, the system continued making noise and was to attempt reactivating itself intermittently. ALSO the street noise made it difficult to rest.

The staff was helpful at all times. the room had all necessary amenities, including a nice shower. there was a lovely living wall. I enjoyed looking at it.
