kind staff stylish room large ensuite helpful service
The staff were very kind and provided recommendations for local places to visit. the room was stylish and included excellent blackout curtains. the ensuite was large. It had a great shower with good water pressure. i was able to leave my luggage after checkout, helpful.

the hotel is very well located. it is tucked away on a quiet street, a few minutes' walk from the heart of the action. i liked that it was so convenient.

shared terrace coffee machine dusty room inconvenient a c
i appreciated the shared terrace. it had a jacuzzi. having a coffee machine in the room was convenient. all of the staff were helpful. we stored our luggage after checkout too.
the room was a bit dusty. i found a few hairs in the bedding, not ideal. the a/c unit was directly above the bed, not very convenient.

helpful staff luggage storage high humidity moldy smell
the building has beautiful architecture. the location is also great (it's close to the museum of fine arts). the staff were helpful. i appreciated having luggage storage after checkout since my flight was late.
the humidity was very high in my room. the towels did not dry well, and there was a slight moldy smell. (i stayed in july) i also found the climate control difficult to adjust.
