Really good stay in historic building

The staff were very helpful. The hotel arranged transport and tours easily. Breakfast offered many choices. I found the manager happy to assist.

amazing hotel good breakfast excellent location historic places

this hotel was amazing! it reminded me of staying in a merchant's mansion from the 17th century! the breakfast was good, and the location proved to be excellent. i appreciated the walking distance to historic places. the proximity to shops and restaurants.

the towels seemed slightly threadbare, and i noticed a staircase leading up to the bathroom which was a bit inconvenient. a rubber mat in the shower would improve safety! the marble floors were quite slippery when wet.

Breakfast service included a satisfying selection of fruits and cold meats! sliced bread seemed fresh, with mini cereal boxes available. Full-fat milk was also available. it was a good start to the day.

The hotel features a beautiful lobby area! i spent some time relaxing near the pool with a drink, reading. It was very relaxing. the common areas have excellent design and decoration.

The breakfast was good, cheeses, and fruit. the coffee was lovely. I enjoyed the friendly and efficient service during breakfast.

the towels felt threadbare. the mattress felt too soft, so i noticed every movement of my partner.

poor soundproofing connecting door

the staff was friendly, and that was acceptable.

the room had terrible soundproofing, and i could hear everything from the adjacent room through a connecting door. it. this issue should be addressed, maybe fix the door.
