i really liked this hotel staff members were friendly food was good the room was clean and tidy hotel facilities were great too the location was perfect opposite the beach and within walking distance to many places i would come back for sure. i appreciated comfortable beds and the bathroom was lovely it had everything we needed.
the air conditioning in my room was not very powerful but it worked during the evenings i had to turn it off in the mornings because of a strange smell similar to weed i think it was coming from somewhere in the hotel.

the room was very spacious it included a kettle fridge and plenty of wardrobe space the bathroom needed some attention there was a cracked sink and mold around the shower edges we found a few cockroaches.

the staff members were mostly polite and helpful but some seemed overwhelmed at busy times it could be difficult to get their attention in the restaurant or at the pool bar at times the queue was quite long.

the food had loads of choice in the restaurant and snack bar every meal felt fresh and well prepared there were themed evenings with dishes from different parts of the world it was possible to eat delicious snacks at the bar.

the hotel is near the beach and all the local shops i walked everywhere without any difficulty it was also easy to get to nearby attractions such as siam park by bus it was a short walk to the main area.

the staff was friendly and helpful from the start. the service was excellent throughout my stay. the adults-only pool offered a peaceful retreat with warm water and many sunbeds.
i found the evening entertainment to be quite loud and disruptive. it went on until late. the noise from nearby establishments was noticeable.
