Great hotel experience

clean room helpful staff hotel location

i really enjoyed my stay. the room was always clean, and the staff helped me with any questions i had. i spent most of my time at the pool, as i could always find a sunbed. the hotel location allowed easy access to the nearby shops.

the poolside bar offered drinks only in half-pint paper cups.

the customer service in the restaurant was very good, as i observed many staff members were always available to help patrons to find a table quickly. there was a large selection of food, so i believe everyone can find something to enjoy. it was well presented too.

the room was spacious and had english tv channels, which i appreciated. the free wifi was excellent. the room was acceptable, even though it could have used a fresh coat of paint. our bath showed some wear, but it was still functional.

The pool area had plenty of sunbeds, thus it was always easy to relax. the animators were very good, i noticed. there were plenty of lifts. The wait time was minimal. easy access to the surrounding area exists. Most places are in walking distance.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the waiters found tables in the restaurants. they escorted guests to their seats. registration was easy due to the smilling, responsive receptionist. a pleasant surprise was the size of the bed and the provided hygiene products.

balcony terrace daily towels double room

the room they gave me was a standard double. it had a balcony terrace where i could do yoga. the view from there was superb. towels were fresh daily, something i always appreciate after a day at the beach.

i found the poolside bar food a little repetitive each day.

clean room excellent food hard working staff daily room

the rooms are cleaned every day and its very appreciated. the food selection was excellent and i always found something i liked. the staff always worked hard to keep the place clean.

the adult entertainment felt slightly lacking. it started quite late in the evening.

dirty pool water sewage smell

the staff was friendly and helpful. if something needed fixing, it was done immediately. i guess that's fine.

the pool water looked really nasty. i saw black bits floating and the bottom felt rough like concrete. plus, there was a sewage smell. i quickly showered after a short time because i felt so gross.
