Upper-floor rooms (floors 4, 5, and 6) have access to the adults-only 'Premium Terrace'. Upper-floor rooms include differentiated decor, bathrobes and slippers (weekly change), custom pillows, coffee and tea set, a 40" plasma TV, and a minibar with daily water replenishment.

The hotel features a buffet restaurant with an 'open kitchen' serving international cuisine. Formal attire (long pants) is required for dinner. The restaurant offers breakfast from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., lunch from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., and dinner (summer) from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. or (winter) 6:30 p.m.-9:30 p.m. The Mediterranean Restaurant is available as an optional paid service. Hotel Best Tenerife has gardens, two outdoor swimming pools for adults (one heated in winter), a children's pool, and two outdoor hot tubs with waterfalls and a suspension bridge.
