the hotel was super clean. the rooms were good and i had a fantastic sea view. the pools were very relaxing and not overstimulating!

The staff are not helpful or friendly and can be rude. It's a place where you have to pay for everything. if you have the basic room, you don't even have soap. if you want to get a good service, you need to get their platinum package! if you are traveling alone and has a lot to luggage your option is either leave the car infront and nail your luggage, check in and then go back to your car to find a parking or find a parking, not easy to do, and walk the distance with your stuff. no one will assist you!

I spent five nights at this fantastic hotel. It was super clean everywhere. all the staff were very friendly and helpful. the room had a great view of the pool and the sea. food was great. There were many options. you can exit through a security gate near the pools to access shops and restaurants. the beach is across the road, a bonus.

The location is a bit hilly. Walking anywhere involves some slopes. some may find this challenging. i also noticed a small number of birds around the outdoor snack area. This was minor, but noticeable.

the hotel features multiple pools, an activity pool opening at 9 am and a quieter pool opening at 10 am. there is also an infinity pool available for platinum guests, and sunbeds and parasols are plentiful.

The staff are always cleaning. They keep the interior and exterior immaculate. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble. i found the service efficient, and everyone was polite.

The hotel is near shops and bars. You can easily venture out. the beach is across the road. A lift from the hotel grounds provides access. sunsets, viewed from many spots, are beautiful.

mixed feelings about this stay.

cold fooduncovered food

The food wasn't consistently hot, forcing me to use the microwave often. it could be because of the constant draft from the air conditioning. I don't know. also, i saw pigeons eating uncovered food at the snack bar. staff didn't seem to care about the birds eating freely. that wasn't exactly appetizing.

I had some issues I feel need addressing. Staff were sometimes rude and dismissive. I reminded me of a child when asking for a drink at the restaurant. I often had to clear my own table and find cutlery for breakfast. the room cleanliness was not up to par. I noticed the towels were not changed, disappointing.
