i received a warm welcome with tea. my double room had a lovely sea view and was very clean. breakfast offered excellent choices and the staff were very attentive. i found the location convenient with a tram stop nearby.

the location was excellent. i appreciated being on the seafront, near restaurants and shops. the tram and bus stop right opposite made getting around easy. the parking at the hotel was also very convenient for me.
i had a slight issue with the shower, the pressure was a bit weak.

sue, the manager, and ALL the staff were just LOVELY. breakfast was great too. The hotel had a nice location away from the madness. i could even park my car at the front.
the room looked a LITTLE old i guess. heating only came on once on friday night then didn't work AGAIN properly. bathroom was too small.

The staff was friendly and efficient. I liked the availability of parking. It was very convenient. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying!
The bathroom was quite small. The water pressure in the shower was weak. The bed was not very comfortable, and I could feel the springs.
