broken sinkhot water

i booked a family room private bathroom. when i arrived, it wasn't what i expected. the sink in the bathroom was broken. the hot water didn't work at all. i had to leave earlier than planned because it was unacceptable.

A Charming Stay Close to Everything

The staff greeted me warmly and were always available. My room was super clean and the bed provided restful sleep, so soft. I found fresh towels and pressed sheets daily and that added an extra touch.

The TV remote was not working, it was really frustrating. The problem was never solved . I hope that it is fixed soon.

My double room had a private bathroom, so convenient. The room was well kept, with comfortable bedding. The shower had great temperature and pressure and there were two cups available for use.

i found the staff helpful. they assisted me with everything i needed! the location is great for using trams and buses. there are plenty of takeaway options available on lytham road. the staff was so friendly and bubbly. they were always around when needed.

the mattress on the double bed seemed to be on a single bed frame.
