the staff was so friendly, i loved that! parking spaces were easy to find. breakfast offered many choices, i wanted everything. my room was clean, it felt really fresh. i had tea and biscuits, it was so homey.
the bathroom lacked a bit of sparkle. otherwise i have no complaints.

The room needed upgrades, and housekeeping was not done daily. The poor maintenance detracted from the experience. It felt quite neglected.

The room was clean. a good tea making facility was available. cooked breakfast offered a great selection. the staff were very pet friendly, and this really added to the cute atmosphere. We felt right at home.
the floorboards in the bedroom squeaked a bit, especially during the night, this was slightly disruptive..
