The staff was friendly. They were always available to help with anything I needed. The hotel has a great bar and games room. I appreciated the proximity to local attractions and amenities.

surprisingly nice

lovely owners comfy beds another stay

the owners was lovely. they rang to see if everything was ok, because we was running late. the whole family slept well both nights, the beds was comfy.

the hotel is just a short walk to the tram. the location is great for getting around the local area. it made getting to different attractions very easy without a car.

the staff was very friendly and accommodating. they let me check in late, because i had traffic. the management was great and easy to get along with, that helped.

the rooms was super clean and cozy. bedding was fresh, and towels was also clean. the rooms was also warm which i liked, especially during evenings, and , made all the difference.

a yummie cafe is located nearby, it's close to the hotel. breakfasts and teas was amazing at the cafe. plus the service was really nice, so that was really good.

a little games room is present. the games room had a pool table my grandson and his friend love. the games room was clean, i appreciate this. it kept everyone entertained.
