The location was PERFECT, it was close to everything. The rooms were very clean and had fresh smelling bedding and soft towels. the communal areas were all clean and fresh. I was very happy.

The window wouldn't shut properly. It was freezing. I asked for a pillow, but i didn't get ONE.

I found the room to be a good size and the decor seemed modern. Free WiFi was available , which I certainly appreciated.

I never received a response after I used the Contact Hotel option to ask about an early check in. The electrics weren't working properly on one side of the hotel.

the staff was cute and the karaoke host was super fun! the atmosphere was lively, and everyone there was friendly. the hotel was clean, and the room, while basic, was perfectly comfortable. i really enjoyed my stay!

the dial wasn't on the radiator and i couldn't turn it down..

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Meals were available in the restaurant and the chef was really lovely with the kids. Entertainment was good and the beds were comfortable.

The room needs some TLC. Blinds were too long. There was only one curtain that did not fit the window.
