the shelf in the bathroom was in the way of the sink. the hotel only provided hand towels. there were no spoons available, just one wooden stirrer.

The location was very convenient for my needs. The staff were friendly and understanding of the dance world. This understanding was very helpful I found the beds comfortable and the shower nice and hot. The staff were willing to go the extra mile to help.
I noticed very slight stains on the bedding, which I hope they address soon

The staff was polite and cute. the shower also had quite powerful water pressure. This was a definite plus.
The room was not very soundproof. I heard a lot of noise from outside after midnight. the tea tray was also empty upon my arrival. That was disappointing.

Central Stay with Excellent Service

The location is great, within a short, pleasant walk to main attractions (it made exploring so easy!). Simon, the manager, was especially cute and helpful throughout my stay. He were really good too ensure everything was pleasant, his support was invaluable. I appreciated the genuine care and attention to detail during check-in and throughout my stay.
The room was slightly dated, but this did not detract from the overall value.

The hotel's proximity to local attractions made it easy to explore the area. It was very convenient. the staff did everything to help, so my friend and i would stay there again. i appreciated the overall cleanliness and the comfortable bed provided for a good night's sleep.
