spacious family room comfortable bed great location peeling paint mouldy shower little hot water

The family room was really spacious. It was perfect! the beds felt very comfortable. i liked that our room was on the first floor, so getting there with the kids was super easy. the location worked well for us

the old paint on the walls was peeling! mould was visible in the shower. the hot water in the shower barely worked, though the sink tap seemed fine. i think the room really only suits one person

a cute stay near south pier

convenient location new managers evening bar

The location near south pier was very convenient. I was able to walk to many attractions. the new managers were wonderful, definitely making the stay more enjoyable than before. the bar being open nightly was a nice plus. I spent a pleasant evening there. also, the easy check-in process made arrival simple.

The shower wasn't in perfect working order. I had to hold the shower head at times.

friendly staff clean room close location outdated hotel smoke smell tricky locks

The staff was friendly. They welcomed me warmly. My room was clean. It was a pleasant experience. The location is close to the beach.

The hotel is quite outdated. The hallways smelled strongly of smoke. I am unsure about the effectiveness of the smoke alarms. The locks on the door were tricky to use.

reliable wi-fi reasonable price convenient location

the wi-fi was reliable throughout my stay. the bar downstairs offered reasonably priced drinks. i also appreciated the convenient location near attractions , , made exploring very easy.

the tv in my room had limited channels , which restricted viewing options.

the team was super! helpful and nice! the location is great! right by the south pier! the room was clean and tidy, i noticed extra touches like tea and coffee provided and an extra blanket? really appreciated that.

the room was a bit cold, i didn't find heating controls!

the staff was friendly, i will give them that.

The room was quite dirty. there were some dead bugs and alive ones too. They were all over the room. also, the wardrobe was broken, it was pretty bad.

great budget stay!

friendly staff great location easy parking

i loved the friendly and accommodating staff (they were so helpful!). the hotel is super close to all the attractions, i could walk everywhere! i was even able to park right across from the hotel, so , made things easy. the rooms were clean and perfect for what i needed.

the bar was closed , a bit disappointing.
