The hosts, nicky and michael, were lovely. a games room featured a pool table, board games, and books. It gave the place a homely feel. i liked having a double bed on the bottom bunk. It was great to spread out on.

the decor showed some wear and tear.

the location is pretty close to the pleasure beach. it is also in a quieter area, ideal if you have kids. the north pier end seemed busier with partying adults.

I found the hosts to be quite amazing and very helpful . They provided excellent service. The location proved ideal for accessing nearby attractions (I especially enjoyed the short walk to the beach). Breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated the availability of outside seating.

decent locationmouldy curtainsfunky smell

The location was pretty decent. It was a short walk from the beach (i guess that's something).

The family room i booked was like an icebox. I swear i saw mould doing gymnastics on the curtains. the windows were so grimy. I could barely tell if it was day or night. plus, the bedding didn't look clean and there was this funky smell hanging around the whole place, like a blocked drain decided to become a permanent guest.
