loud streetcar non-functional outlets
The location was acceptable it was quite close to the center.
The streetcar was loud right outside my window vibrations from the subway made the bed shake plus the room door opened at night. USB outlets did not work and there was a sewer smell in the bathroom and no daylight despite a window in the bathroom

the hotel was very close to the centre. it was just 50 metres from the cathedral piazza. the breakfast buffet was good, readying me for the day.
The receptionist did not ask why i was leaving early. It felt unwelcoming.

elegant interior great breakfast
The hotel provided a USB-C port along with a normal port near each bedside. The location is close to the Duomo, accessible within a one-minute walk. The breakfast was on the upper floor of a restaurant attached to the hotel.
The tram nearby was a bit noisy.

prime location helpful staff clean environment detailed attention
i loved the hotel's prime location right in the heart of everything the helpful reception staff really shined assisting with bookings transfers and recommendations everything felt clean i also found that the hotel provided everything i needed for a comfy stay. i really appreciated the attention to detail i got the most out of my time here. it.
i noticed the beds were a little too firm for my preference but i still had a restful sleep
