The hotel staff gave excellent directions to reach the town. The check-in and check-out process was quite fast.

I expressly demanded a non-smoking room where no one had smoked before. I got none of it! Plus, the carpet and furniture had stains all over. It was SO loud!

the breakfast was plentiful with lots of selection and fresh items.

the check-in process was quite slow. it took about ten minutes for one customer. one staff member stared at the monitor while the other looked at their colleague (it seemed inefficient). the pool was advertised to be open until 7:00 pm, but guests were asked to leave ten minutes early.

the location was convenient as it was close to the fabrique concert venue. i liked that it was just a short walk, around 5 to 10 minutes. luggage storage was available on the day i checked out. this service was free..

the room we had was at ground floor. the corridor temperature was quite low, so the room temperature was low too. there was a noisy ventilation, but i did not feel warmth.
