helpful staff really good breakfast quiet room
i found the staff very helpful they let me practice my italian it was something i appreciated. the breakfast was really good especially the truffle scrambled eggs. the room was quiet that added to the relaxing experience.
the shower had a sharp knob it cut my finger this happened twice i think it should be addressed.

underwhelming breakfast eager staff
The breakfast was a touch underwhelming. i mean, no eggs included in the breakfast cost? seriously? i also found the staff a little too eager to please. It felt a bit much at times, the constant hovering made relaxation difficult.

rooftop pool nice view room upgrade itchy bug protective cover nightmare stay
The rooftop pool had a nice view. there was also a bar. it was suitable for a short chill. the staff surprised us with a room upgrade and prosecco for my birthday. We were thankful for that.
my stay turned into a nightmare. i woke up covered in itchy bug bites all over. the hotel doesn't use protective covers on their bed. the experience tarnished my perception of the hotel.

a satisfactory stay
rooftop pool helpful staff wellness area audial comfort gym proximity room shaking
the staff was friendly and helpful to me. the rooftop pool had a nice view. i found the wellness area also good to have access to .
my room was located across the gym, it provided little audial comfort. people used it often and slammed weights on the floor. this woke me up many times since our room shook like a earthquake at 7 in the morning.
